Yes. The Free plan includes a monthly allowance for turning new receipts into saved records. You only use it when a receipt finishes successfully. No credit card to begin.
How accurate is it?
Crisp photos and clean PDFs work best—think “could my mom read this?” If yes, we are in good shape. You can still tap any field and fix it before saving.
Will my data stay private?
We use a secure connection, keep each group’s receipts in its own space, and only download files when you ask. Need something deleted? Email us. Bigger companies may see extra controls depending on the plan.
Which formats can I export?
Starter includes spreadsheet downloads; higher tiers add richer exports such as PDF where available. Pull one receipt or a whole list from the app. Deep two-way links to accounting tools are on our roadmap for larger teams.
